Last year I participated in your 8 week Challenge. It was the best exercise program I have ever done. I enjoyed every class, even Mondays when I thought I might die, and looked forward to the next. I followed your plan 100% eating only foods off your list and cut out all alcohol. I was determined I was going to lose weight and feel better about myself. By the end of the 8 weeks I had transformed  not only my body but my mind. I had lost over 20 pounds, several inches and had a more positive attitude about what I could do. I could not have done that without the support from You and Dave. You have an amazing program. Thank you so much for all you helped me accomplish
