In an 8 week program at Training for Warriors Keene i lost 10 lbs, 4 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my arms without changing any eating habits (i am a vegetarian and already had that in place). Mostly, i learned to master fitness skills.. this gym and everyone that goes are very inspirational and motivational. I never thought I could dead lift anything! Highly recommend to get out of the typical gym and get into training for warriors!!
